Refund policy

At Remotesnkeys, we supply automotive keys and components strictly to trade customers, including locksmiths and automotive professionals. Due to the technical nature of our products, this policy is tailored for experienced buyers.
Please read carefully before placing orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We will only offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
Incorrect Item Supplied by Us
If an item supplied does not match your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If the product arrives faulty or physically damaged, report within 7 days. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Manufacturing Fault (Non-Functioning Key)
If a key fails due to a verified manufacturing defect (not programming, compatibility, or handling), we may offer a replacement after testing/verification.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions
As a wholesale supplier, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Incorrect product selection by the buyer
- Keys that have been cut, programmed, soldered, or used in any way
- Compatibility issues due to incorrect diagnosis or lack of testing
- Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
- Change of mind or ordering errors
- Labour, programming time, or third-party costs
We provide detailed specifications (part numbers, FCC ID, frequency, transponder, board numbers). It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase.
Genuine / OEM Parts:
All genuine/original parts are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
3. Returns & Shipping
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is on our side
- All returns must be approved before being sent back
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition
If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours
6. Exchanges / Replacements
- Replacements are preferred over refunds where applicable
- Faulty or incorrect items may need to be returned prior to replacement
- Replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification
